Introduction
This public welfare campaign focuses on the responsibilities and missions of high-level internationalized talents. It encourages participants of all ages to understand and practice the Sustainable Development Goals issued by the United Nations through a series of practical activities, including poster dissemination, interactive videos, health check-ins, photography contests, and simulated climate summits. Participants can choose activities at different levels based on their interests and needs, and have the opportunity to obtain participation certificates and SDGs-themed badges, and eco-friendly gifts based on the completion of the tasks. Since its launch in March 2023, the program has attracted students from 226 domectic and foreign universities and 86 secondary schools.

Participation: SDGs China - Advocates for Sustainable Development Goals in China
When I saw the tweet introducing the activity, I was very excited and eager to participate. Although I have learned and acquired a lot of knowledge about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through online courses in the high-level international talent development innovation practice project and my studies at school, it has remained at the stage of information input. During the process, I have been thinking about how to implement these goals in my daily life and concrete actions. Understanding is not enough; it should be promoted to make more people aware of its importance and encourage them to practice it. So, I am very grateful for this public welfare activity, which allows me to go beyond being just a receiver of information and personally practice the SDGs through specific task guidelines and daily check-ins. There are many practices in the activity that I have thought about but never implemented before, such as drinking eight glasses of water daily and the economic benefits of reusable items. With the check-in mechanism of the activity, it becomes easier to achieve these practices.

Participation: SDGs China - Advocates for Sustainable Development Goals in China
Since starting the activity on March 1st, I have been actively participating for 140 days. During this process, I have engaged in 25 sustainable development task activities, focusing on sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and production, clean water and sanitation, and climate action. What initially required setting alarms to check in every day has now become a part of my daily routine. I dedicate 30 minutes to reading every day, incorporate exercise into my life, prioritize my health, and choose shared transportation options for travel. These sustainable development concepts and lifestyle choices have helped me become a better version of myself. In the future, I will continue to persevere and inspire more people to join the journey. As the youth of the new generation, it is our responsibility to fear no hardship, work diligently, and strive for long-term progress. I will continue to walk the path of sustainable development and remain steadfast in my commitment.
